By using this website, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which apply to the relationship between the user and KALI HOTELES.
This website is owned by the KALI HOTELES group, which operates under two companies:

  • LECTUS HOTELERA S.A. DE C.V., responsible for the KALI ESCANDÓN and KALI CENTRO hotels, located at Av. José Martí No. 178, Col. Escandón, C.P. 11800, Mexico City, Mexico.
  • HOTEL FORNOS, S.A. de C.V., responsible for the KALI CIUDADELA and KALI LA RAZA hotels, located at Revillagigedo 92, Col. Centro, C.P. 06070, Mexico City, Mexico.

2.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the content of this website, including trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, texts, and domain names, are the exclusive property of KALI HOTELES.
The unauthorized use of these elements, including reproduction, publication, modification, or any other action without express consent, is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in legal actions under national and international intellectual property laws.

3.- Content and Modifications

7.- Cancellations, Modifications, and Liability

7.1 Booking Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance before 1:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in additional charges according to the most updated rate.
If the booking was made through a third-party platform (referred to as OTAs – Online Travel Agencies, such as Booking or Expedia), any modifications, cancellations, receipts, or other needs must be handled directly through the relevant platform. Nevertheless, the hotel will be available to assist the guest at all times.

7.2 Force Majeure Situations

The hotel will not be responsible for the cancellation of reservations, events, or services affected by force majeure situations such as weather, geophysical, or sanitary conditions that may compromise the safety of guests and staff. In these cases, cancellations will be subject to the prevailing cancellation and modification policies, and the hotel's liability will be limited.

7.3 Facility Use and Damage Responsibility

Guests and occupants of our properties are responsible for maintaining the hotel facilities in optimal condition. Any damage caused to furniture, facilities, or equipment will be the guest's responsibility and must be compensated financially according to the repair or replacement cost.
Disrupting public order, disturbing the environment, common areas, or rooms is strictly prohibited. The use of prohibited substances, possession of weapons, and behaviors that threaten the safety, integrity, or respect of other guests or hotel staff will result in restricted access to our facilities and may lead to legal complaints.

7.4 Non-Smoking Policy

In compliance with the current public health regulations in Mexico City, KALI HOTELES is 100% smoke-free, including tobacco-related products such as vapes. Any violation of this policy will be sanctioned with restricted access and additional charges for fines or restrictions.

7.5 Declaration of Valuables

It is the guest's responsibility to declare valuable items at the reception upon check-in. The hotel will not be responsible for damage, loss, or theft of items that were not previously declared.

7.6 Parking

Parking is free of charge exclusively for registered guests. KALI HOTELES is not responsible for total or partial theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or vehicle parts during the stay.

8.- Transport Service (Transfer)

The passenger transfer service is operated by external providers who coordinate with the hotel but are not part of our direct operations. The hotel is not responsible for the safety or negotiations between guests and these operators, nor for any issues arising from their use, such as accidents, delays, public safety problems, or natural disasters.

9.- Minors Policy and Right of Admission

Minors must be accompanied by a guardian or legal representative. KALI HOTELES reserves the right of admission if inappropriate behavior is detected or in conditions that affect the tranquility and safety of other guests.
Any unauthorized entry may result in reservation cancellation.

10.- Responsibility for Conduct

Guests must maintain appropriate behavior during their stay. Excessive alcohol consumption, fights, physical or verbal aggression are prohibited. In case of any such behavior, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and take legal action if necessary. Aggressive, violent, or inappropriate behavior, as well as excessive alcohol consumption, is prohibited.

11.- Lost and Found

Lost items will be held for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the hotel is not responsible for their disposition. The hotel will not ship or handle these items under any circumstances.

12.- Issuance of Tax Receipts

Tax receipts must be requested directly at the hotel reception by providing the necessary information. Applicable local taxes will be charged according to current legislation. Tax receipts must be requested at check-in.

13.- Contract Formalization

The accommodation contract is formalized when the service availability is confirmed, and the corresponding payment is made through the secure payment gateway. KALI HOTELES guarantees the protection of user-provided information through encryption systems and the proper handling of personal data. Please see our "Privacy Notice" at www.kalihoteles.com.

14.- Validity of Promotions

Promotions are only valid during the specified period on the website or while they are accessible for booking. These terms and conditions apply to all the properties mentioned. If additional validation or verification is required, this should be addressed directly by the Front Desk staff at the corresponding hotel.

15.- Applicable Law

 

The rates, promotions, and regulations contained on this website are subject to Mexican law and are valid only within the Mexican Republic.
