-

Children's Day is a celebration that has been going on for more than forty years. It was in 1954 when the United Nations (UN) General Assembly recommended that it be instituted in all countries Universal Children's Day, a date exclusively dedicated to reaffirming the rights of children and dedicating various activities to achieve the well-being of the world's children.

It is a special day dedicated to raising awareness and understanding among children of the world. It was on November 20, 1959 when the Declaration of the Rights of Children was approved.

In Mexico our children are celebrated on April 30. The vast majority receive gifts and are celebrated especially in preschool and primary schools. These institutions, to the extent of their possibilities, try to disseminate their rights and obligations among children; but it is also the duty of the Parents to reinforce them.

More than a gift, the important thing is to teach your little one to value what they have, that not all children in the world enjoy all their rights, and that they should make the most of the opportunities they are given to be a person in the future. useful for himself and for society; without forgetting of course you should enjoy BEING A CHILD.

Some places that you can enjoy in the company of your little ones and that are very close to this your home, Hotel Kali Escandón are: Papalote Museo del Niño, the Chapultepec Zoo and Fair, Parque España and Parque México. Other options you can consider in the city are Six Flags, Kidzania and Granja las Américas. Don't forget to visit our restaurant which offers you the Children's Menu!
