Terms and Conditions
Kali Hotels guarantees that it provides the lowest online rate for room reservations available to the general public on the Internet, and this is subject to the following terms and conditions:
If a room-only rate is publicly available and immediately bookable on the Internet for our hotel (“Competing Rate”) lower than the room rate available for the same reservation on kalihoteles.com (i.e., same room type, same number of guests, same stay dates, and same length of stay) within 24 hours of booking on kalihoteles.com, submit your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and/or ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela respectively, with the subject title: Best Rate Guarantee, and a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website and the following details: stay dates, room type, number of people, number of rooms, rate detail with or without taxes, and payment breakdown.
If Kali Hotels confirms the availability of the competing rate online, subject to room availability at our hotel, Kali Hotels agrees to match the competing rate for the same reservation, plus an additional discount of ten percent (10%) of the room rate for the duration of the booked stay.
The Best Price Guarantee is not valid for:
- Auction sites or sites where the hotel brand or specific hotel is not known until after the reservation is completed.
- Websites that offer a “package” with travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components, such as: airfare and hotel stay; hotel stay and car rental; hotel stay and restaurant voucher(s), etc.
- Package rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, and other additional details.
- Discounted rates such as -but not limited to- government employee rates, AAA or senior and/or retiree discounts.
- Non-published negotiated rates with companies, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates specifically agreed upon with Kali Escandón and a specific and limited group, and that are not publicly available.
If the competing rate is in a currency different from the rate on Kali Hotels, Kali Hotels will convert the competing rate to the same currency as that offered on the Kali Hotels website, considering the exchange rate on the official Banxico (Bank of Mexico) page. If, after conversion to the same currency, a competing rate is less than two percent (2%) lower than the Kali Hotels rate, such competing rate does not qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee. Such variations are often due to currency exchange fluctuations and other factors beyond the control and responsibility of Kali Hotels.
This guarantee applies only to the room rate at the time of booking and does not apply to taxes, fees, or charges imposed by a government authority (such as federal, state, or local taxes) nor to tips, additional guest charges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, or any other charges that may be incurred during the stay.
This guarantee is subject to change or cancellation at any time.

What is required to submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim?
When comparing rates between kalihoteles.com and other sites, if you find a lower rate than that offered on our site, simply take a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website and send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, with the subject: Best Rate Guarantee. A representative from kalihoteles.com will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours. The rate must be for the same accommodation type, room type, and bed type, as well as the same dates and number of guests. The lower rate must meet the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee.
If I find a lower rate, how can I contact Kali Hotels?
Just send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, with the subject: Best Rate Guarantee and a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website, and a representative from kalihoteles.com will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours.
If I find a lower rate after I have booked on kalihoteles.com, can I still qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee?
Yes. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours of making your reservation on kalihoteles.com, send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, and a representative from kalihoteles.com will review your claim and make appropriate adjustments to your rate if the stipulated terms and conditions are met.
How will I know if my rate will be adjusted?
All claims will be processed and responded to within 24 hours. The Best Rate Guarantee representative from Kali Hotels will go to the website where the lower rate was found and verify that it meets the same terms and conditions as the rate on kalihoteles.com, for the same stay duration and that it is valid according to the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee. If the claim is valid, the 10% discount will be applied.
Will I receive a 10% discount for each night?
The Best Rate Guarantee is determined based on the rate for the entire stay, not on a per-night rate.
Are taxes and service charges included in the guarantee?
Kali Hotels’ Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the total room rate. It does not apply to any taxes, service charges, tips, or any other fees.
What constitutes valid proof of a lower rate?
When you submit your claim request via email, you are asked to attach a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website. A representative from kalihoteles.com will attempt to validate the availability of the lower rate and verify that it meets the terms and conditions of the guarantee. If the rate is no longer available, the Best Rate Guarantee will not apply.
