Terms and Conditions
Kali Hotels guarantees that it provides the lowest online rate for room reservations available to the general public on the Internet, subject to the following terms and conditions:
If a publicly available and immediately bookable room-only rate on the Internet for our hotel (“Competitor Rate”) is lower than the room rate available for the same reservation on kalihoteles.com (i.e., same room type, same number of guests, same stay dates, and same stay duration), within 24 hours of making the reservation on kalihoteles.com, send your claim request to sales.escandon@kalihoteles.com and/or sales.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela respectively, with the subject line: Best Rate Guarantee; and include a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website and the following details: stay dates, room type, number of people, number of rooms, rate details with or without taxes, and payment breakdown.
If Kali Hotels confirms the availability of the competitor rate online, subject to room availability at our hotel, Kali Hotels agrees to match the competitor rate for the same reservation, plus an additional ten percent (10%) discount on the room rate for the duration of the stay being booked.
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Auction sites or sites where the hotel brand or specific hotel is not known until the reservation is finalized.
- Websites offering a “package” with travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or meal components, such as: airfare and hotel stay; hotel stay and car rental; hotel stay and restaurant voucher(s), etc.
- Rates in packages that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, and other additional details.
- Discounted rates qualified as - but not limited to - government employee rates, AAA, or discounts for retirees and/or seniors.
- Unpublished negotiated rates with companies, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates that have been specifically agreed upon with Kali Escandón and a specific and limited group, and that are not publicly available.
If the competitor rate is in a different currency than the Kali Hotels rate, Kali Hotels will convert the competitor rate to the same currency as offered on the Kali Hotels website, considering the exchange rate on Banxico's (Banco de México) official page. If, after conversion to the same currency, a competitor rate is less than two percent (2%) lower than the Kali Hotels rate, such competitor rate does not qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee. These types of deviations are often due to currency exchange rate fluctuations and other factors beyond Kali Hotels' control and responsibilities.
This guarantee applies only to the room rate during booking and does not apply to taxes, fees, or charges imposed by a governmental authority (such as federal, state, or local taxes), nor to tips, additional guest charges, meal and beverage charges, resort charges, or any other charges that may incur during the stay.
This guarantee is subject to change or cancellation at any time.

What is required to submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim?
When comparing rates between kalihoteles.com and other sites, if you find a lower rate than that offered on our site, simply take a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website and send your claim request to sales.escandon@kalihoteles.com and sales.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, subject: Best Rate Guarantee. A kalihoteles.com representative will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours. The rate must be for the same accommodation type, room type, and bed type, as well as the same dates and number of guests. The lower rate must meet the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee.
If I find a lower rate, how do I contact Kali Hotels?
Simply send your claim request to the email sales.escandon@kalihoteles.com and sales.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, subject: Best Rate Guarantee, along with a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website, and a representative from kalihoteles.com will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours.
If I find a lower rate after making my reservation on kalihoteles.com, can I still qualify for the Kali Hotels Best Rate Guarantee?
Yes. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours after making your reservation on kalihoteles.com, send your claim request to sales.escandon@kalihoteles.com and sales.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, and a representative from kalihoteles.com will review your claim and make the appropriate adjustments to your rate, if the stipulated terms and conditions are met.How will I know if my rate will be adjusted?
All claims will be processed and responded to within 24 hours. The Best Rate Guarantee representative at Kali Hotels will go to the website where the lower rate was found and verify that it meets the same terms and conditions as the kalihoteles.com rate, for the same stay duration and that it is valid according to the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee. If the claim is valid, the 10% discount will be applied.Will I receive a 10% discount for each night?
The Best Rate Guarantee is determined based on the rate for the entire stay, not a nightly rate.Are taxes and service charges included in the guarantee?
The Kali Hotels Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the total room rate. It does not apply to any taxes, service charges, tips, or any other fees.
What is valid proof of a lower rate?
When submitting your claim request via email, you are asked to attach a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website. A kalihoteles.com representative will attempt to validate the availability of the lower rate and verify that it meets the guarantee's terms and conditions. If the rate is no longer available, the Best Rate Guarantee will not apply.
