Terms and Conditions
Kali Hotels guarantees that it provides the lowest online rate for room reservations available to the general public on the Internet, subject to the following terms and conditions:
If a lower room-only rate is publicly available and immediately bookable on the Internet for our hotel ("Competitor Rate") than the room rate available for the same reservation on kalihoteles.com (i.e., same room type, same number of guests, same stay dates, and same length of stay), within 24 hours after booking on kalihoteles.com, send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and/or ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela respectively, with the subject line: Best Rate Guarantee; and include a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor's website and the following information: stay dates, room type, number of people, number of rooms, rate details with or without taxes, and payment breakdown.
If Kali Hotels confirms the availability of the competitor rate on the Internet, subject to room availability at our hotel, Kali Hotels agrees to match the competitor rate for the same reservation, plus an additional ten percent (10%) discount on the room rate for the duration of the stay being booked.
The Best Price Guarantee is not valid for:
- Auction sites or sites where the hotel brand or specific hotel is not known until the reservation is finalized.
- Websites offering a “package” with travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or meal components, such as: airfare and hotel stay; hotel stay and car rental; hotel stay and restaurant voucher(s), etc.
- Rates in packages that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, and other additional details.
- Qualified discount rates such as—but not limited to—government employee rates, AAA, or senior discounts.
- Non-published negotiated rates with companies, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other rates specifically agreed with Kali Escandón and a specific, limited group that are not publicly available.
If the competitor rate is in a different currency than the Kali Hotels rate, Kali Hotels will convert the competitor rate to the same currency as the rate offered on the Kali Hotels website, considering the exchange rate on Banxico’s (Bank of Mexico) official page. If, after conversion to the same currency, a competitor rate is less than two percent (2%) lower than the Kali Hotels rate, such competitor rate does not qualify for the Best Rate Guarantee. These discrepancies are often due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates and other factors beyond the control and responsibilities attributable to Kali Hotels.
This guarantee applies only to the room rate during booking and does not apply to taxes, duties, or charges imposed by a government authority (such as federal, state, or local taxes) nor to gratuities, guest surcharges, food and beverage charges, resort fees, or any other charges that may incur during the stay.
This guarantee is subject to change or cancellation at any time.

What is required to submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim?
When comparing rates between kalihoteles.com and other sites, if you find a lower rate than the one offered on our site, simply take a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor’s website and send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, with the subject: Best Rate Guarantee. A kalihoteles.com representative will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours. The rate must be for the same type of accommodation, room type, and bed type, as well as the same dates and number of guests. The lower rate must comply with the Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions.
If I find a lower rate, how do I contact Kali Hotels?
Simply send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, with the subject: Best Rate Guarantee and a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor’s website, and a kalihoteles.com representative will review the claim and inform you of its status within 24 hours.
If I find a lower rate after making my reservation on kalihoteles.com, can I still qualify for the Kali Hotels Best Rate Guarantee?
Yes. If you find a lower rate within 24 hours after making your reservation on kalihoteles.com, send your claim request to ventas.escandon@kalihoteles.com and ventas.ciudadela@kalihoteles.com, for Kali Escandón and Kali Ciudadela, respectively, and a kalihoteles.com representative will review your claim and make the necessary adjustments to your rate, if the stipulated terms and conditions are met.
How will I know if my rate will be adjusted?
All claims will be handled and responded to within 24 hours. The Best Rate Guarantee representative of Kali Hotels will visit the website where the lower rate was found to verify that it meets the same terms and conditions as the kalihoteles.com rate for the same stay duration and that it is valid according to the Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions. If the claim is valid, the 10% discount will be applied.
Will I receive a 10% discount for each night?
The Best Rate Guarantee is determined based on the rate for the entire stay, not a per-night rate.
Are taxes and service charges included in the guarantee?
The Kali Hotels Best Rate Guarantee only applies to the total room rate. It does not apply to any taxes, service charges, gratuities, or any other fees.
What is valid proof of a lower rate?
When submitting your claim request via email, you are asked to attach a clear and visible screenshot showing the lower rate on the competitor’s website. A kalihoteles.com representative will attempt to validate the availability of the lower rate and check that it complies with the terms and conditions of the guarantee. If the rate is no longer available, the Best Rate Guarantee will not apply.
